Environmental Health Department prosecute for food hygiene offences
A Blackpool café owner has been prosecuted by the Environmental Health department for food hygiene offences.
He has been given a curfew by the courts for 4 weeks. He has been banned from leaving his home from 8pm to 6am by Blackpool magistrates court. He pleaded guilty to three food hygiene offences and seven food labelling offences.
